Each year corporate sponsors like Mosaic contribute to the DeSoto County Education Foundation Inc. Their sponsorship matches a dollarto-dollar allocation from the legislative process. This allows the foundation an opportunity to provide mini-grants to teachers. This year, over $13,000 in corporate donations and $13,000 in legislative appropriations meant that teachers were able to offer more materials and ancillary reading materials for their students.
